The City of Rensselaer offers their residential customers weekly pick-up of their yard waste, brush and leaves. All debris is to be placed curbside and NOT on the roadway. Residents are reminded that they are required to keep yard debris separate from brush and leaves.
Brush is to be placed curbside in an orderly manner and limbs are not to exceed 4' long in length.
Residents are also reminded that it is against Indiana State Law, The City of Rensselaer and the Rensselaer Fire Department to burn leaves. The City of Rensselaer provides leaf pick-up one time per week during the month of October and ending in November. Leaves are to be placed on the curb and not in the street.
