The City of Rensselaer Street Department is responsible for snow removal on all residential streets in the City of Rensselaer. U.S. 231 and St. Rd 114 that run through the City of Rensselaer are plowed by the Indiana Department of Transportation. We are also responsible for the alleys during snow removal. Please contact the City of Rensselaer Street Department at the number listed for any concerns you may have concerning snow removal.
